Health Economics ManagerOur client is a respectable global Consultancy who are looking to recruit a Health Economics Manager to work in either Paris or London.In this role, the successful candidate is expected to implement, develop managef several health economic and outcomes research studies, Other duties include: - Health economic models - Statistical analyses alongside clinical trials - Literature reviews - Meta-analyses - Preference elicitation studies - Retrospective database analyses - Prospective or retrospective observational studies S/he will supervise methodological research and development of innovative techniques addressing the needs of the life science industry in the area of health economics. In addition, s/he will contribute to business development and write proposals for clients.SkillsStrong analytic capabilities and quantitative skills are key to success in this role. MSc or PhD in health economics, epidemiology or health sciences 3-5 years relevant experience in the field of health economics and outcomes research, gained within a CRO, pharmaceutical industry or academia. Proven record of developing health economic models. Good attention to detail and ability to meet high quality standards. Ability to work on several projects in parallel and meet tight deadlines. Excellent communication skills in oral and written English. Working knowledge of another language would be advantage. Working knowledge of statistical software (SAS, STATA, R) would be an advantage.
