Atlanco Rimec Group, a multi-national HR solutions organization, are looking for an ambitious and energetic sales professional who has a proven track record of winning sales in new and existing accounts and strong management skills. Specialising in the niche sectors of Construction & Civil Engineering, Mechanical & Electrical and Industrial & Food, the successful candidate will work to generate and drive new business throughout our French market and to develop existing accounts.
Main Responsibilities:
* Achieving challenging sales targets in line with the business strategy
* Identifying and developing new business opportunities. This will include establishing contact with new customers, promoting the company’s offers and negotiating and closing business contracts
* Maintaining and developing strong client relationships
* Work as part of a team and the ability provide advice, guidance and support to other team members
Skills and Requirements:
* Fluent French and English is essential
* 3 - 4 years proven sales and business development experience at a senior level
* Ability to complete the full range of sales activities, from cold calling and presenting to negotiating and closing contracts
* Strong communication, negotiation and presentation skills
* Commercial awareness
* Strong management and leadership skills
* Knowledge or experience of the construction, mechanical or electrical sectors ,while not a necessity, would be advantageous
